Founder
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Educational Advocate BCBA, LBA, LBS
I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals in the neurodivergent community—from early childhood through adulthood—across Maryland and Pennsylvania. My work has given me a deep understanding of how needs evolve over time and how to navigate the systems that impact long-term outcomes.
I specialize in helping families make sense of complex situations. Whether reviewing evaluations, preparing for IEP meetings, or identifying gaps in support, I provide a clear, strategic path forward. My goal is to help you feel confident, informed, and fully equipped to advocate for your child across every setting.
I take a highly individualized, collaborative approach—working closely with families and other professionals to ensure consistency, alignment, and meaningful progress that carries into everyday life. At the core of my work is a commitment to helping each child build independence, with the ultimate goal of no longer needing my services.
As a wife and mother of four, I understand the realities families face. I bring that perspective into my work, offering support that is not only clinically sound, but practical and sustainable.
I'm deeply committed to raising the standard of care within the neurodivergent community and providing families with the level of insight, support, and partnership they deserve.
