1 Clinical Excellence Without Compromise

We provide neurodiversity-affirming care grounded in evidence, ethics, and respect for each child as an individual.

Our focus is always on what truly supports the child—not just what is standard. Every plan is intentional, individualized, and built for meaningful, real-life progress.

2 Built for Independence—Not Reliance

We believe families should leave with clarity, confidence, and the ability to advocate for their child across every setting.

Our goal is to build independence—not only for the child, but for the entire family—so that over time, support is no longer needed.

3 Whole-Child, Real-World Support

We support each child across all settings—home, school, and community—ensuring consistency, collaboration, and meaningful progress in everyday life.

Antoinette Toole

BCBA, LBA, LBS

I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals in the neurodivergent community—from early childhood through adulthood—across Maryland and Pennsylvania. My work has given me a deep understanding of how needs evolve over time and how to navigate the systems that impact long-term outcomes.

I specialize in helping families make sense of complex situations. Whether reviewing evaluations, preparing for IEP meetings, or identifying gaps in support, I provide a clear, strategic path forward. My goal is to help you feel confident, informed, and fully equipped to advocate for your child across every setting.

I take a highly individualized, collaborative approach—working closely with families and other professionals to ensure consistency, alignment, and meaningful progress that carries into everyday life. At the core of my work is a commitment to helping each child build independence, with the ultimate goal of no longer needing my services.

As a wife and mother of four, I understand the realities families face. I bring that perspective into my work, offering support that is not only clinically sound, but practical and sustainable.

I'm deeply committed to raising the standard of care within the neurodivergent community and providing families with the level of insight, support, and partnership they deserve.
