About ABA
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that focuses on understanding behavior—anything we can observe—and how it is influenced by the environment. ABA is used to teach new, meaningful skills while decreasing behaviors that may interfere with learning or daily life. This includes, but is not limited to, communication, socialization, age-appropriate skills, and academic readiness.
ABA is most commonly covered by insurance for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Some insurance plans may also cover a variety of other diagnoses, which can be confirmed directly with your insurance provider. Through our private pay option, we are able to support most individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges, regardless of diagnosis. If you're unsure whether services are a good fit, we encourage you to reach out—we're happy to discuss your specific situation.
We do not have a strict age range for the clients we serve, as services are tailored to each individual's developmental level and needs. However, if receiving services through insurance, providers may place limitations on the age ranges eligible for coverage, which can impact service availability.
Getting Started
We begin with a conversation to understand your child or program's needs, your goals, and the type of support you're looking for. From there, we guide you through next steps.
Availability can vary based on location, service type, and scheduling needs. We aim to be transparent about timelines and will always discuss alternative options or interim supports if needed.
We prioritize transparency and alignment. During the initial conversation, we'll help you determine whether our approach matches your goals and what you're looking for in support.
Our Approach
We offer a high-touch, BCBA-led model of care supported by evidence-based, highly trained staff. Through our private pay option, families can access BCBA-only services. This allows for us to prioritize faster and quality clinical decision-making that result in more meaningful progress tailored to your child or program's real-life needs.
Yes. Parent involvement is a core part of our model. We believe long-term success comes from empowering families with the tools and understanding to support their child outside of sessions.
Services can be delivered in the home, school, or community, depending on your child's needs. We focus on supporting skills in the environments where they matter most.
We take a collaborative approach and are happy to coordinate with other providers (speech, OT, medical professionals) to ensure well-rounded care.
Insurance & Payment
We are currently accepting clients onto our waitlist for insurance-funded ABA services. At this time, services can be accessed through our private pay options. We are able to provide a superbill upon request, which families may submit to their insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Private pay allows for increased flexibility, including parent coaching, consultation, and advocacy services that may not be covered by insurance.
School & Education
Yes. We can support families by reviewing documents, helping you prepare, and attending meetings to provide clarity and guidance.
An IEE is an evaluation conducted by a qualified professional outside of the school system. It provides an objective perspective and can help inform decisions about your child's educational programming and supports.
